The DOJ would be subject to discovery

The recent Boston Globe article indicates that the Resident Biden administration is looking to prosecute former President Trump on charges of.....well we are not sure. The problem for the DOJ will come when the former President will be able to request documents related to presumed Federal Agent Ray Epps. Epps is a one man insurrection show, the videos showing him mastermind the entire event provide pause as to ponder why he is not before any show trial in D.C. with our functionally illiterate members of Congress.
